I also noticed that the sofa bed in the room was poorly designed with a noticeable gap, making it uncomfortable for a night’s sleep. Honestly, for a four-star place, the dining options and food quality could really use a boost, especially for lunch and dinner. And let's not forget about the thermal pools. during peak times, they felt overcrowded, losing some of that relaxing vibe.

I had the most amazing stay in a Superior Double Room with unlimited access to Terma Bania. Picture this, a stunning design inspired by highlander style, large windows framing those gorgeous mountain views, and direct access to thermal pools that were the perfect end to each ski day. Not to mention the delicious breakfast buffet with fresh fruits and eggs cooked just the way I like them—definitely a highlight!
