The hotel offers direct access to ski slopes with independent ski storage facilities, making it incredibly convenient for our group of friends to enjoy the slopes. the extensive thermal pools provide a perfect way to relax after a long day of trekking, along with well-maintained saunas that enhance the recovery experience.
During peak times, the thermal pools can become quite crowded, which detracts from the overall experience.

Request a room in the main building for easier access to facilities, especially during inclement weather, and ensure you check the parking fees beforehand.

We spent 3 nights enjoying the large thermal baths and tasty breakfast offerings. some rooms differed significantly from the photos, with outdated decor. I'd definitely return!

The unlimited access to the thermal baths was a fantastic bonus after hitting the slopes. The ski rental and ski instructors being on-site made it easy and convenient to gear up and get right out for some action, and the sauna area provided a soothing experience after a day of skiing.
Got hit with an unexpected charge for parking, which felt a bit excessive given the high price tag already on the room. The food service was painfully slow. it took an hour to get a burger that didn't meet expectations, and there were confusing language barriers at breakfast, making it hard to know what was actually available. I also noticed that the sofa bed in the room was poorly designed with a noticeable gap, making it uncomfortable for a night’s sleep. Honestly, for a four-star place, the dining options and food quality could really use a boost, especially for lunch and dinner. And let's not forget about the thermal pools. during peak times, they felt overcrowded, losing some of that relaxing vibe.

Luxurious, Luxurious, Luxurious
I had the most amazing stay in a Superior Double Room with unlimited access to Terma Bania. Picture this, a stunning design inspired by highlander style, large windows framing those gorgeous mountain views, and direct access to thermal pools that were the perfect end to each ski day. Not to mention the delicious breakfast buffet with fresh fruits and eggs cooked just the way I like them—definitely a highlight!
would recommend 🥰🏔️

The decor really captured the highlander style, making everything feel authentic. Our suite was spacious and comfortable—absolutely perfect after a long day skiing.

Incredible Family Retreat with Thermal Bliss!
Our family loved the outdoor thermal baths, especially after a day in the snow. The kids enjoyed the fun slides, while we relaxed in cozy lounge areas. Don't miss the delightful breakfast selection – a perfect start! Pro tip, book spa sessions early to secure your spot!

The combination of easy access to the slopes and the fantastic thermal pools was a highlight. The food quality was impressive, especially the variety of vegetarian dishes. navigating the stairs to the ski storage was cumbersome and rooms felt a bit basic given the price. Peak times resulted in crowded pools, detracting from the overall experience.
